975ph Terms & Conditions – Platform Rules and Player Rights

1. General Terms of Use

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 975ph ("the Platform," "we," "us") and any person who registers an account, accesses, or uses the services available at 975ph.vu ("you," "the Player"). By completing registration and using any part of the platform — including but not limited to game play, deposits, withdrawals, and account management — you agree to these Terms in full.

If there is any reason to believe that a registered account is held by a person under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended and any balance may be withheld pending investigation. 4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions

All transactions on 975ph are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). No foreign currencies, cryptocurrency, or credit cards are accepted for deposits or withdrawals on this platform.

Accepted payment channels include Philippine online banking, mobile banking, bank transfer, and local e-wallets including GCash and Maya. Specific payment methods available to you will be displayed within your account at the time of transaction.

The following transaction conditions apply:

• Deposits are credited to your 975ph PHP balance upon successful confirmation by the relevant payment provider.
• Withdrawals are processed to your registered Philippine bank account or local e-wallet. The name on your payment account must match the name on your registered 975ph account.

Any balance remaining in your 975ph account that has been inactive for an extended period may be subject to dormancy provisions, details of which will be communicated to you via your registered contact information.

5. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play

7. Responsible Gaming

In cases of account suspension due to suspected fraud or policy breach, 975ph may withhold balances pending investigation. Balances confirmed as legitimate — and not subject to forfeiture under these Terms — will be returned to the player's verified payment method following the conclusion of any investigation.

You may close your own account at any time by contacting 975ph support through your registered account. Any remaining balance at the time of account closure will be returned to your registered payment method following standard verification procedures.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 975ph shall not be liable for:

• Any losses arising from gameplay on the platform, including game outcomes that result in a net loss to the player.
• Technical interruptions, server downtime, or connection failures that affect gameplay or transaction processing, provided these are not caused by 975ph's wilful negligence.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to maintain credential security.
